Martyn Pepperell picks

A native Wellingtonian, Martyn Pepperell is a freelance music, arts and culture journalist and copywriter. His writing has appeared in North and South, Idealog Rip It Up, New Zealand Musician, Fishhead, ATM (UK) and numerous other magazines and newspapers across the English speaking world.

Martyn is also a radio host, nightclub DJ and blogger. Every second Tuesday night, between 9-11 PM, he hosts The Hard Deck, a specialist music showcase, on Radio Active 88.6 FM.

Martyn has DJed across New Zealand, Australia, Canada and Europe, and spoken on music issues on Radio New Zealand and Nightline. He blogs on a weekly basis for Tourism Wellington here, and maintains his own blog here.

He was recently invited to join the New Zealand On Air Making Tracks Panel Pool.
