Dr Inge Van Rij - Music Research: Academic work-in-progress

With the ear the eye: Perspectives on Berlioz's Symphonie fantastique.
Dr Inge van Rij is an Associate Director and Senior Lecturer in Musicology at the New Zealand School of Music in Wellington. Her first book, 'Brahms Song Collections' was supported by a Marsden Grant and was published with Cambridge University Press in 2006. This paper draws on material for her second book for the same publisher, titled 'The Other Worlds of Hector Berlioz'.
