The name came to us out of thin air, but it rolled off the tongue quite nicely so we decided to go ahead and put it on a poster.
Now it's a dope monthly Friday night at Flight Lounge.
Bringing back the sounds of house, disco and all things party to the Auckland CBD, you are cordially invited to Swing.
There's to be no basketball singlets, no questionably legal teenagers, and a distinct lack of creeps jiving in the crowd. No sleaze, no gimmicks, just straight up party times.
Each round we bring you an array Auckland's top jam selectors, and this month's no exception.

About Dan Aux: Auckland-based DJ, producer, originally from Australia. Playing out since the mid 90s. Hosted a long-running club night in Sydney that featured guest appearances by Freq Nasty, Plump DJs, Krafty Kuts, Stanton Warriors. One half of production duo Shopliftas (Vacation Records). Regular show host on George FM.
About Jono Fektious: Having emerged into the scene at the start of 2011, Fektious has already commenced his movement into the night life of Auckland, New Zealand. From club nights, to dance parties and festivals, Jono has managed to successfully build his groundings.
With a wide range of versatile sounds in deep bass to well known house electronica, Fektious has been shaping all sorts of unorthodox sets.
Whilst starting up a monthly club night at be. "Unlocked", Jono has also supported a large amount of events and international acts for 2011.
