About Dylan C: Former buyer at Real Groovy Auckland (dub, hip hop, dubstep, drum n bass, funk & soul, jazz), which means he's one of the top selectors in town. Long-standing host of Loop Sessions, Wednesdays at Rakinos. Heard regularly on George FM, Base FM. One of the most laid back cats you'll ever meet.
About Slave: MC, DJ, director, actor, broadcaster from Grey Lynn, but born in the USA. Released MCOJ & Rhythm Slave "What Can we Say" in 1991 and Joint Force "One Inch Punch" in 1995. Co-founded the Trueschool Hip Hop Show on 95 BFM. Produced and compiled the Aotearoa Hip Hop Vol 1 compilation in 1997. Wrote, co-directed and starred in The MO' Show, Winner of Best Entertainment Series 2003. Directed Fat Freddy's Drop video "Wandering Eye," which won Tui for NZMA Best Video 2006. Directed DVD release of Fat Freddy's Drop "Fantastic Voyages Vol 1".
