About Peter Mac: Auckland-based DJ, producer, director, writer. Regular show host on Base FM. Produces under the name Dub Asylum. Member of the Bassteppa Sound System. Has supported Salmonella Dub, The Nomad, The Black Seeds. Former member of 90s punk-ska band the Hallelujah Picassos.
About OoGuN: AKA 00afro. Started on UK pioneering internet pirate radio station Interface. Moved to Auckland in 2006. Hosts the Drunk Elephant Sound System Show on Base FM. Also produces Dubstep under the name OoGuN and runs the Drunk Elephant Sound dubstep label. Has played with dubstep big hitters like Benga, Pinch, Caspa, Ntype. Also been known to play Afrobeat and African hip hop.
